  1. Do you take bulk orders/ customize products?
Yes, we absolutely do. You can email us with your order and design details at support@themahuastore.com. We’ll also try and work out a discount for you, depending on the quantity of your order.

  1. Is there any additional charge for Cash On Delivery (COD) orders?

Yes, we charge an additional fee of ₹50 for Cash On Delivery (COD) orders.


  1. Why can’t I see the Cash On Delivery (COD) option?

If the Cash On Delivery (COD) option is not showing, it’s because this facility is unavailable for your postal code. You can either pay by Debit Card, Credit Card, or UPI, or you can get the products delivered to an alternate address (where COD is available).


  1. How do I track my order ?

Once the order is booked, you will receive a unique tracking link on your whatsapp number. You can use the same link to track your order.

  1. What is the quality of fabric used?

We use high quality 100% cotton fabric that is soft to feel and comfortable to wear. Shrinkage if any will be within acceptable industry norms.


  1. What kind of printing is used?

We use high quality Direct-to-Garment digital printing for all our TMS designs.


  1. What are the washing instructions for TMS T-Shirts?
  • We recommend hand washing your t-shirts inside-out in cold water to experience the highest durability
  • If machine washing, wash inside-out in cold water on gentle/normal cycles
  • Wash with like colours as garments may experience normal colour bleeding
  • Do not iron the print
  • Do not bleach or tumble dry at high temperatures

  1. How do I place my order?
  • Browse through our wide range of products until you find something you like. After you’ve chosen what you want, select the relevant size. You can check out our size guide for reference.
  • Once you’re done, click the ‘Add To Cart’ button.
  • After you have added all the products, click on the cart icon on the top right. You can either choose to continue shopping or confirm the order and click ‘Checkout’.
  • From there, you can confirm your shipping address, and select the desired payment method to confirm your order by clicking ‘Complete Order’.

  1. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Orders in India, once shipped, are typically delivered in 2-4 business days in metros, and 4-7 business days for the rest of India. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.)


  1. What are the terms and conditions of a refund ?
  • Cancellations - In general for a prepaid mode of payments, the refund will be processed into the same bank account/card/wallet which was used during the order placement.
  • Returns through self shipping process - The product amount and 100 rupees courier costs will be processed.
  • For self-shipped returns customers need to provide their bank account details like Bank account number, Bank account holder name, Bank IFSC CODE, Bank Name reaching our help center.
  • We update our customers via email once we initiate the refund procedure.
  • Bank refunds for both prepaid and cod orders will take 7-10 business days.
  • If a cancellation is required after the product is shipped, we will provide a bank refund upon request, after the package reaches back to us.
  • Defective/ Damaged in transit - Once confirmed by the Customer Delight Team the refund will be provided.
  • Wrong/ Missing products - We can either ship out the product(s) (if available in stock at the time) or a refund.
