ORDER PROCESSING

All our products are made-to-order and are carefully processed after an order is placed. Most orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days. Our working days are Monday to Saturday.

SHIPPING TIME

For most serviceable pin codes, orders are typically delivered within 6–8 business days after dispatch. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp and email to track your shipment.

DELIVERY-RELATED ISSUES

We work with third-party courier partners to deliver your orders. If you face any issue related to delivery, such as missing packages, incorrect delivery status, or tampered packaging, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Issues reported after this period may not be eligible for investigation or resolution, as courier partners often deny claims raised beyond their allowed reporting window.
