TIMELINES –

Order Processing
We strive to fulfill your orders as soon as you place them. In most cases, your order will be dispatched within 5-7 business days. Our business days are Monday to Friday.

Shipping Time
For most serviceable pin codes, we try to deliver within 7-9 business days. Currently, our services are likely to be impacted due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and pursuant lockdowns / restrictions of movement of goods and people. There could be a possible delay of 2-3 business days in delivery. However, you will be able to track your package using the "Track Your Order" feature on our website. You will also get a unique tracking link that we will email / SMS you after your order is sent to our delivery partner.

Problems in delivery
We use third party courier services to ship our orders. If you face any issue with the delivery of your order, share the same with us WITHIN 2 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY. We will not be liable in case any issue is raised after 2 days from the date of delivery and if the courier company refuses to investigate the issue. 

RETURN POLICY –

5-DAY RETURNS
Items purchased from The Mahua Store are eligible for return, if returned within 5 days of delivery. However, this is applicable ONLY in the case of issues related to misprinting or damaged or defective items received by the customer. No return / exchange will be allowed if the customer has correctly received the product(s) as per the order placed.

In order to raise a replacement request for misprinting / damaged / defective items received by you, please send us pictures of the product along with the original packaging in which the product was received, and with shipping label and the customer details clearly visible. You can mail the same to us on support@themahuastore.com. Once they are verified by our support team, the refund / exchange will be initiated. It will be conveyed to you through email. A refund will be processed in the same bank account / debit card / credit card which you had used at the time of making purchase.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY –

Items purchased from The Mahua Store are not eligible for exchange, unless in the case of issues related to misprinting or damaged or defective items received by the customer. No exchange is allowed for orders placed by mistake or for wrong size / design / colour ordered.

 

CANCELLATIONS –

  • In case we receive a cancellation request and the order has not been processed by us, we shall cancel the order immediately and the refund will be processed in the same bank account / debit card / credit card which you had used at the time of making purchase.
  • If we have already printed the product, we will not be able to approve the cancellation request. In such cases, the product will follow the normal delivery process.
  • For Cash on Delivery Orders, no cancellation will be allowed if a cancellation request is received after the product has been dispatched through our delivery partner.
  • Under certain circumstances it might not be possible for us to accept / fulfill an order and we may be compelled to cancel the same. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at our sole discretion. In such cases, the customer will be informed over the email, and if the order is prepaid, refund will be processed in the same bank account / debit card / credit card which you had used at the time of making purchase.
