Exchange, Refund & Cancellation Policy

EXCHANGES

We offer a 5-day exchange window from the date of delivery.

If you face any issue with sizing or wish to exchange the product for another size, you may request an exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.

Exchange Conditions

  • Exchanges are allowed only once per order.
  • A reverse shipping fee of ₹100 per order will be applicable for all exchanges, irrespective of the number of products.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Products showing signs of use, washing, stains, perfume, damage, or missing tags will not be eligible for exchange.

Reverse Pick-Up

  • Reverse pick-up service is subject to availability at your pin code.
  • Reverse pick-up will be attempted up to 3 times by the courier partner.
  • If reverse pick-up is unavailable or unsuccessful, the customer will be required to self-ship the product(s) to our address.

Exchange Processing Timeline

  • Once approved, returned products usually take 5–7 days to reach our warehouse.
  • After inspection, exchanged products will be dispatched within 5–7 working days.

 

DAMAGED / WRONG PRODUCT POLICY

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Mandatory Requirement

An unboxing video is compulsory for all damaged, defective, missing item, or wrong product claims.

The video must:

  • Start before opening the package
  • Clearly show the shipping label
  • Clearly show the issue with the product

Claims without a proper unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Resolution

If the claim is verified:

  • We will provide a free replacement/exchange, OR
  • A refund may be processed in exceptional cases where replacement is not possible.

 

REFUNDS

We follow a strict exchange-only policy. Refunds are not applicable for size issues, change of mind, color preferences, customer ordering mistakes, courier delays, or products purchased during sale/discount periods.

Refunds will only be considered in cases where:

  • A wrong product was delivered
  • A damaged/defective product was received
  • A replacement is unavailable after approval

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method or provided bank account.

 

SALE PERIOD PURCHASES

Products purchased during sale periods are not eligible for exchange or refund.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us within 5 hours of placing the order at support@themahuastore.com.

This grace period helps us accommodate cancellation requests before production begins. Since all our products are made-to-order, orders enter the production process shortly after being placed. Once production has started or the order has been dispatched, cancellations will not be possible.

Please Ensure:

  • Secure packaging to avoid transit damage
  • ORDER ID and registered mobile number mentioned clearly on the package
  • Products are unused and have original tags intact

 

IMPORTANT TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Customers are requested to carefully check the size chart before placing an order.
  • Slight variation in color may occur due to screen/display settings.
  • Orders marked as “Delivered” by the courier partner must be reported within 24 hours if not received.
  • Customers are responsible for taking reasonable care of the product(s) while in their possession.
  • We reserve the right to reject exchanges if the returned product does not meet our quality checks.
  • Shipping charges paid during order placement are non-refundable.
  • By placing an order on our website, customers agree to all terms mentioned in this policy.
