Returns/Exchange Policy

EXCHANGES

We offer 5 days of hassle-free exchanges from the date of delivery. Once an exchange request is approved, please allow 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us.

We provide reverse pick-up services, subject to service availability at your pin code. If your pin code is non-serviceable for reverse pick-up, the customer will be required to self-ship the product(s) to our address.

Reverse shipping cost must be borne by the customer, unless the item delivered was incorrect or damaged.

A reverse shipment fee of ₹100 per order (irrespective of the number of items) will be applicable for exchanges.

Reverse pick-up will be attempted up to three times. If the courier partner is unable to pick up the shipment, the customer will be required to self-ship the product(s) back to our address.

Products must be returned in the same condition as shipped - unused, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact. Products returned in poor condition or showing signs of use will not be eligible for exchange.

Please allow up to 7 days from the date we receive the returned product(s) for the exchange to be processed.

IMPORTANT:
Products purchased during SALE or DISCOUNTED periods are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations are only possible until the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

If your pin code is non-serviceable for reverse pick-up, please courier the product(s) to the address below:

Please ensure:

- Secure packaging to avoid transit damage
- ORDER ID and registered mobile number mentioned clearly on the package
- Products are unused, with original tags and packaging intact

Refunds will be initiated within 48 hours of receiving and inspecting the returned product(s).

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • We follow an exchange-only policy. Refunds are not offered.
  • Bank account details provided by the customer will be considered final. The brand will not be responsible for errors in bank details.
  • If you receive an SMS or email marked as “Delivered” but have not received the order, please contact us within 24 hours.
  • Customers are responsible for taking reasonable care of the product(s) while in their possession.
  • In case of damaged or defective products, customers must inform us within 1 day of delivery by emailing support@themahuastore.com or contacting us on WhatsApp.
  • Upon receiving the returned product(s), we will inspect them and notify you via email regarding refund eligibility.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed as soon as possible and within 30 working days from confirmation.
